About Randy
Our journey began with Randy, who started his career in engineering while remodeling his own homes in his spare time. His passion for building and attention to detail naturally led him to start his own construction company in 2012, right in Independence, Kansas.
For a decade, Randy built a reputation for quality work, honest communication, and lasting results. In 2022, he relocated to the beautiful South Grand Lake, Oklahoma area, where we’re focusing on scaling back — taking on smaller, more personalized projects that allow us to truly connect with our clients and take pride in every finishing touch.
Whether it’s home improvements, renovations, or light construction, our goal remains the same: to deliver dependable craftsmanship with care and pride. We believe that every project, no matter the size, deserves our full attention and dedication.
About Ryan
I grew up working alongside my father, helping build new homes and taking on remodels of all kinds. From a young age, I learned the value of doing things the right way—paying attention to details, using quality materials, and taking pride in honest, reliable work. Those early years laid the foundation for everything I do today.
Wanting to deepen my knowledge of the trade, I later attended college for Construction Management, where I spent several years learning the planning, problem-solving, and technical skills that go into successful building projects. That education, combined with hands-on experience in the field, allows me to approach each job with both skill and efficiency.
Three years ago, I moved to South Grand Lake, Oklahoma, and since returning, I’ve continued working closely with my father on new home construction and remodeling projects throughout the area. Living and working here has given me a strong connection to the community and an understanding of the needs of local homeowners.
